Peer Learning Session: Crisis leadership

Werkling co-Founder and study enthusiast (aka total geek), Fi Wynn, recently participated in a short course on Crisis Leadership through the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  

To kick off this Peer Learning Sesh, Fi will share some insights from the course including why leadership in a crisis is critical to an organisation’s ongoing reputation, as well as sharing a framework for assessing the effectiveness of crisis leadership. 

We will use this framework to talk about effective and ineffective leadership in the public eye during Covid-19.  If you are interested in joining the session, please reflect on great leadership that you have observed over the last few months and come (virtually) along with one example of an effective crisis leader.
