About the founder
Ex-People & Culture Leader and Founder of Learna, Lisa Lie, created the platform to address the key skills gaps across the workforce in a relatable, engaging and actionable way. Learna has been built to encourage people to form learning habits again, spark curiosity and give organisations greater insight and understanding into what their workforce needs.
Example of how the referral program will work:
If you introduce Learna (via Werkling) to one of your clients who sign up for 50 users, their total annual subscription fee for the first 12 months would be $10,000. You would receive $1,000 (10%) as a referral fee as soon as the subscription is paid (upfront payment for the year is made for all subscribers). 
Learna must not already have an existing relationship or discussion happening with the business about using Learna and the introduction must be made to a decision-maker based on your relationship with them (not a cold lead).
