For Leaders

STEP 1 — Tell us about the your project needs. 

Create a free account and drop in a Gig Brief. Whether it’s a one-off project or ongoing specialist services, tell us about your needs so we can match you to the perfect Werkling. 

For On-demand talent

STEP 1 — Join our community of like-hearted gigsters.

Take a minute to create an account and join the party! As soon as you sign up as a Werkling you’ll receive onboarding information and an invitation to an Onboarding Zoom call.

STEP 2 — View the wonderful Werkling's Profile.

You’ll receive a notification when you have a talent recommendation ready for you. Click the link and review the Werkling’s experience and past deliverables, and book a chat.

STEP 2 — Get your Talent Profile looking shipshape.

Your Profile is where you showcase your skills and experience, and provide mini case studies of all those impressive projects that you’ve delivered through your career.

STEP 3 — Meet and request a short, sharp proposal

You’ll get into the details, and learn about the Werkling’s approach and how they work. Afterwards, they’ll provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline and budget.

STEP 3 — Get active, get involved and hear a ding.

We have so many great community events and perks to explore. When you are matched to a gig, you’ll receive an email notification and a link to learn more.

STEP 4 — Let's kick off the project. 

After you’ve approved the proposal and documented the agreement, the fabulous Werkling will get started.  We’ll help facilitate invoicing to avoid those procurement headaches.

STEP 4 — Get to werk, werk, werk

After you’ve met with the leader and had your proposal approved, it’s  go time.  You will document your agreement with the leader and kick off on the agreed date. Yay!
